“Svet” is our Lead Front End Developer and half of our core duo of Seth and Svet tech team. She translates design into code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Svet is an expert in SEO and 508 optimization and knows all about email template development. She is equally comfortable working in PHP, Java and .NET environments and has done successful integrations with a half dozen various CMSs. Mobile development is also on her hot list.
She has the requisite "big agency" experience, having worked SC Johnson, What's Inside SC Johnson, Stand Up 2 Cancer, I Love NY, AT&T, Swiss Army, Tupperware/Chain of Confidence, Anheuser-Busch, Black & Decker, Genentech/Actemra, Body Boat Blade, MGM/Gladiators and the bridal site for Frederick’s of Hollywood. Svetlana has a stellar reputation as "get it done" type, and her role is critical in taking VCo's concepts and designs and turning them into working solutions that exceed our client's expectations. She stays on top of her game and knows the latest and best practices in web development.
Svetlana has a master's degree in marketing from Siberian University of Commerce (graduated with honors). In 2010, Svet moved from Philly to Orcas Island, WA, where she enjoys being part of an incredible art community, and takes drawing and painting classes. She is an accomplished cook and thinks that nothing tastes better than a meal made on an open campfire. Recently, she and Seth formed SkegWorks, a digital technology company.
